Faith-led · cycle-aware · built around your design

You were never meant to bloom all year.

They call you strong. You're exhausted. This is for the Muslim woman who leads and quietly runs on empty, and who is ready to work with her cycle instead of against it.

About

Fitrah with Saima

Saima, founder of Fitrah with Saima

Saima · Fitrah Leadership Coach

Salams. I'm Saima, a Certified Neuroscience Coach and Fitrah Coach for Muslim women, and the creator of the Fitrah Leadership Method.

I built it because I spent years pushing through seasons that were asking me to pause. For a long time I thought my inconsistency meant something was wrong with me. Some weeks I felt focused, clear, and capable. Other weeks, everything felt heavier, and I did not understand why.

When I finally understood my cycle, the hormones, and the Islamic wisdom within each phase, everything changed. It shifted how I approach my work, my responsibilities, and my expectations of myself.

What I share is a blend of hormonal science and faith-led perspective, so you can understand not just what is happening in your body, but how to respond to it in a way that feels grounded and intentional.

Fitrah with Saima is a space for Muslim women who want to stop burning out and start working with their natural rhythm.

In their words

The quiet, complete work

Reflections from Muslim women I have walked alongside.

There is wisdom in working with the way Allah created us, rather than against it.

I reached out during a really challenging time at work. I felt stuck and emotionally drained. What I thought would be a few conversations turned into a much deeper understanding of myself. I am more intentional at work, more present with my family, and I feel more empowered as a leader.

I started to notice which phase I was in, and why I reacted the way I did.

I was feeling down and uncertain in my career, under the pressure of not knowing where I would be. Speaking with Saima, I changed my pattern and began holding the important conversations in the phases that suited them.

Our clarity call opened me up to how the Al-Muhasaba phase helps me slow down and shift my focus inward.

It gave me space to reschedule around it and find greater clarity in my emotions and intentions. Jazakallahu khaira for helping me navigate and understand this better.
